Eastmark's Newest Project!

I've been up to my eyeballs in floorplans & elevations these past couple weeks & now I can finally show you what I've been working on with Pinnacle West Homes.  There newest project is currently under construction & features some amazing floorplans, like this one, that features an optinal above-garage storage room.  Brilliant.  I love when builders think outside the box & give awesome options, that we're dying to have.  Because let's be honest...at some point I might actually build out that above-garage storage room into livable space.  

This project features, rear loaded garages & side yard living space.  If you are at all familiar with Eastmark, then you know about the orange monster & community center amenities -- they are over the top.  Pinnacle West Homes is located directly across the street from the orange monster & I'm already visualizing sunsets + park days.
