I was excited when I got a call from Bellago Homes to come preview their models in Mesa prior to their Grand Opening. Most of the building happening in Mesa is on in-fill pieces of land & this one is no exception. An in-fill piece of land is a smaller parcel of land that is completely built around. Because Mesa is fairly established a lot of builders are having fun finding these little gems of empty land & developing them. The nice thing about having an in-fill piece is that you know without questions what is going to built around you...because it's already built! This project by Bellago is a great starter-home subdivision that is gated with about 20 lots. The subdivision located on Brown & the 202 boasts 2-story homes, a park & a pool...tough to beat in July. There are 2 models to walk & the finishes don't disappoint. I especially loved this bathroom with all the texture & while you can't quite see it in the photo, that wood tile pulls slightly blue & it was spot on. Loved it. If you'd like representation on the purchase of your new home, send an email to the address below. Whether it is me or another real estate agent, I encourage you to seek representation in any real estate transaction. For most, your home is your biggest asset & while on a new home purchase you'll be able to work with the buyer's representative, it's important to remember, that they don't represent you, they represent the buyer & as such are always negotiating on the builder's behalf. Also remember, that there is no additional cost to you to be represented, whether on a new build or a re-sale, the seller always pays the buyer's representative.

Hi, I'm Amy. When I'm not scouring the valley for the perfect new house, you can usually find me in the kitchen with a gaggle of kids. Chips, salsa and a Diet Coke are usually in hand. Categories
